The Dynamic features allow the user to run multiple moving color patterns through the Halo ring, creating a vivid eye-catching lighting effect. The Bluetooth Controller is included with the Headlight Halo Kit purchase. Only one controller is necessary to operate both Headlight and Fog Light Halos.
